Badly Drawn Horse to follow [21st-23rd July]

Safe to say that was another wet summer weekend entered in the form book… ⛈️🌦️☔

The forecast looks plenty better this week, however, so hopefully things will have dried out somewhat by the time the King George VI rolls into view at Ascot this weekend… and what a race the 1m4f contest has the potential to be at the 5-day decs stage!!

15 still remain in the Group 1 right now and whilst six of them are from the Aidan O’Brien yard (and surely he’s not intending on running them all!?) we can but hope plenty of them stand their ground at the final decs stage… just imagine if we get the following field lining up at 3:40 on Saturday for this year’s King George VI…

BROOME

DEAUVILLE LEGEND

DESERT CROWN

HAMISH

HUKUM

LUXEMBOURG

PYLEDRIVER

SIMCA MILLE

WESTOVER

EMILY UPJOHN

AUGUSTE RODIN

KING OF STEEL

😲😲 We can but dream…

If the decs hold up strong then Tony Mac and I will definitely be looking to cover the King George VI in the next episode of The Racing PodBlast (and I’ll go into the race in further depth for full NTF Members)…

That’s all still to come though… before all that it’s time for a look back at last weekends action…

I posted the latest copy of Badly Drawn Horses to NTF Members yesterday and the following Richard Fahey inmate was one that I noted running well from a poor draw at Hamilton on Friday…

*KHUNAN was dropped 1lb to OR 80 for the run…

As always I’ve added him to my own tracker (along with the other horses that caught my eye) and KHUNAN will be highlighted to full members in the NTF Stats Sheets on his coming starts… it’s looking like his next win is just around the corner…

If you missed last weeks free BDH horse then you can slide along and read that post here>>>
