These jockeys will drive you round the bend!

FREE Goodwood Guide now available>>>

Goodwood is one of the trickiest tracks for a jockey to navigate…

…some jockeys make it look easy… whilst others… well… don’t!

As punters that is something we can take advantage of…

And I’ve all the important stats covered in the latest FREE NTF Guide>>>

This Goodwood Guide uncovers…

✅ Seven jockeys that excel on the Goodwood round track

✅ Two jockeys that thrive on the Goodwood straight track

✅ A Goodwood draw matrix for ALL distances on the round track

Here’s a taster of what’s inside…

🔁 GOODWOOD ROUND TRACK JOCKEYS

*The following stats look at ALL Goodwood Handicap races run over 7f and further (bend handicaps) – 2017 to present

🎯 OISIN MURPHY: 26/163 | 16% S/R | -£17.66 – W&P 61/163 | 37% S/R

Looking closer…

👉 OISIN MURPHY

Murphy is an interesting one on this score as his record in the top handicaps round the Goodwood bends (Class 2 Handicaps) could definitely be better… 7/75 | 9% S/R | -£24.96 BFLSP – 39% below exp… I wouldn’t discount any mounts he has in those Class 2 Handicaps, but for angle purposes I’m happy to look elsewhere…

The following is what I settled on…

📊 Oisin Murphy Goodwood 7f+ Handicaps | C3 & C4 level | Horses aged 3yo-5yo | Top-rated or no more than 8lbs below top-rated | NOT drawn in Q4 of draw

🔢 14/33 | 42% S/R | +£38.40 BFLSP – W&P 23/33 | 70% S/R

📈 85% above exp | E/W = +£36.92

📤 THE DRAW

It’s always worth a quick look at the draw stats at such an idiosyncratic track as Goodwood…

Here’s a snippet from the Goodwood draw matrix that’s included in the free guide…

The 7f figures are the most interesting, with the bottom half of the draw (Q1 & Q2) looking very strong and holding a healthy advantage over the top half of the draw, especially the top Quarter (Q4), with 73% of the 7f races being won by a horse breaking from the bottom half of the draw (Q1 & Q2)
