NTF One Meeting Stats (OMS) – Bath (27th Apr)

Occasionally, during my ‘between full NTF services’ periods, I will get the odd member asking if I can take a look at a meeting for them as they are heading to the racetrack for a days punting (or just a day out with family/friends)…

I got an email from long-term member Barry G on Thursday evening asking if there was any chance I could take a look at the Haydock card for Saturday, as he had family visiting and he was taking a couple of them to the track for a day out…

Luckily for Barry I’d been testing a couple of things behind the scenes, in preparation for the launch of the NTF 2026 Summer Service, as I’m looking to tweak the ‘NTF Stats Sheets‘ that I provide for full members during the summer months… as such I had already made a start on the Haydock card…

This was the Haydock analysis I sent to Barry on Friday evening>>>

The analysis isn’t too far removed from the type of analysis I’ve been providing for the past 10+ years… but I wanted to make some changes to better suit how I look at things these days… I also wanted to narrow my focus to singular cards (as opposed to looking at all cards being run on any given day)… hence the title of the guide ‘NTF One Meeting Stats‘… which I may nickname ‘NTF OMS‘… (I’ll sleep on that for a bit!)…ย

Anyway… a good day was had by Barry G and family (I think it was the in-laws he had been tasked with ‘entertaining’ for the day!)… and it also gave me the opportunity to real time test (on a very small scale!) the new ‘NTF Stats Sheet’ format…

Which I’m now rolling out here on the FREE NTF Blog for today’s card at BATH

There will possibly still be some tweaks made to the NTF OMS guides before the launch of the 2026 NTF Summer Members Service (coming soon)… but I’m happy enough with them for now… they are looking roughly how I pictured them in my head (for all nothing ever turns out EXACTLY how it’s pictured in your head!!)…

The results, naturally, won’t always turn out like the Haydock card from Saturday… there will, as always, be many ups and downs along the way… but if you’ve been betting for any amount of time you won’t need me to tell you that… it’s all part and parcel of this great game…

Let’s see how today rolls…

Cheers – Ben (NTF)
